It’s also worth introducing myself. I’m the founder of Aromatic Buds. Cannabis and related products have been my passion for more than seven years, but more importantly, they have become my area of expertise.
From the established markets of the USA, to the coffee shops of Amsterdam, the social clubs of Spain, and the emerging markets of Malta and other developing European markets — I’ve seen, studied, and, yes, tried quite a lot along the way.

How do we confirm legality?
Manufacturer Laboratory Testing 🧪
Manufacturer-issued laboratory certificates confirm the relevant composition and compliance of our products.
Third-Party Re-Testing in Malta 🔬
We periodically select products at random and submit them to an independent accredited laboratory in Malta to verify the manufacturer’s test results.
Monitoring of Maltese and EU Regulations ⚖️
We continuously monitor regulatory and legislative developments in Malta and across the EU. If a product needs to be removed due to a regulatory change, we take it off the menu immediately — and if the rules change again, we may add it back too!
Batch Traceability 🔗️
We systematically retain product batch numbers, corresponding Certificates of Analysis, and related documentation to maintain strong traceability and transparency throughout our product range.
Other Measures We Take
Age Verification 🔞
Customers receiving our products may be asked to verify their age using an official identification document.
Self-Exclusion Program ❌
We offer customers the option to voluntarily exclude themselves from purchasing for a period of their choosing.
Report a Minor 🧑🧒🧒
We provide a dedicated reporting channel for concerns involving our products reaching the hands of minors. Any such report is taken seriously and reviewed accordingly.
Alternative Consumption Methods and Harm Reduction ❤️🩹
We actively educate adults about alternative consumption methods that may reduce certain harms associated with traditional combustion and smoke exposure, based on current scientific evidence and harm-reduction principles.
